The big picture windows give you a sense of space and freedom, and allow you to walk directly from your room into the garden, where you can stroll or enjoy a relaxing seat in the sun.
Mobility-impaired guests or disabled guests
All our rooms are at ground floor level and have walk-in showers. Our largest room, Room Three, complies with requirements for ramp access, space requirements and bathroom design. It also has its own designated parking space. Accesses to the main house for breakfast and into the garden are also level. Mobility-impaired or other disabled guests needing to bring a carer will only pay the lowest single occupancy rate, regardless of which bedroom is taken. See prices for more information.
South Lodge aims to be a ‘pets welcome’ location. Certain rooms are more suited to bringing your dog, so contact us for details. And if there’s anything you’ve forgotten to pack, just ask; we keep a supply of those most necessary items. We can also lend you a laptop during your stay if you need one.
