Stay before your wedding…

If you’re going to be a bride the next day what could be better than to prepare for your special day in the calm surroundings of South Lodge? Room Three, our suite is large and comfortable and totally suited to all those aspects of preparation that are so important:

A quiet room guarantees a good night’s sleep.
Extra tall wardrobe for hanging that all important dress
Lots of working space for hairdresser or make up artist
Beautiful gardens for first photos
Early check in: as early as 12pm on the previous day
Late check out, 12 pm as standard, though later is possible.
Room service: breakfast served in your room, visitors directed to your room etc.

We can also offer a light supper on your arrival, with friends if you wish, from £12 per person.

The cost of our Room Three pre–wedding package is £120 and is based on one person staying. Call us to discuss multiple occupancy, staying in one of our other rooms, or if you don’t need all of our package features.

Or after…

Whatever you choose, all the rooms at South Lodge are perfect for some romantic peace and quiet after your wedding.

For this, we offer the following:

Early check in: key collection is possible from 9 am on your wedding day. Get a friend or relative to drop your bags, your car or anything else you want to leave here and we’ll look after them for you.
Arrive at a time to suit you: all the rooms have a private entrance so it doesn’t matter when you get here.
There will be roses and other lovely things in your room, which will be prepared especially for your arrival.
Breakfast in your room: we will lay a table with everything you need for your first breakfast.
Late check out: We think 12 pm is early enough to leave South Lodge…

The cost of our post-wedding package is as shown below. Additional nights are charged at 10% off standard rate.
